Tamio Affiliate Program Terms of Use

Effective Date: May 25, 2026
Last Updated: May 25, 2026

Introduction

Welcome to the Tamio Affiliate Program! These terms outline the rules and expectations for participating as a Tamio affiliate. By applying for and joining our program, you agree to these terms, which are designed to be fair, straightforward, and easy to understand.

Joining the Program and Suitability

To become an affiliate, you must apply through our official Affiliate Program page. We review all registrations to ensure a good fit with our brand.

- Approval: We reserve the right to decline an application or cancel an active membership if we determine your promotional methods or website are unsuitable.

- Prohibited Content: Unsuitable sites include those that promote violence, discrimination, illegal activities, sexually explicit materials, or infringe on intellectual property rights.

- Impersonation: You may not design your website in a manner that resembles ours or leads customers to believe you are Tamio or an official representative of our business.

2. Commissions and Tracking

We want to reward you fairly for bringing new businesses to our platform.

- Commission Rate: You earn a 20% recurring commission for the lifetime of every paying customer you refer.

- Cookie Window: We use a 60 day cookie duration for tracking referrals.

- Proper Linking: You must use the HTML or referral links exactly as provided in your dashboard. Properly structured links are the sole responsibility of the affiliate; we cannot attribute sales if the links are modified or broken.

- Restrictions: You cannot refer yourself or receive commissions for your own business or agency accounts.

3. Payouts

- Clearing Period: Commissions become eligible for withdrawal 30 days after the original customer transaction to account for standard refund periods.

- Minimum Threshold: Payouts are issued once your accumulated eligible commission balance reaches a minimum of €100.

- Payment Methods: We transfer payouts via your authorized Stripe or GoCardless account, or through direct bank transfer. Ensure your payment details are accurate, as we cannot be held responsible for funds lost due to incorrect account information.

4. Refunds and Deductions

Commissions are only paid out for successfully completed transactions. In the event a customer requests a refund or initiates a chargeback for a transaction that has already generated a commission, that specific commission amount will be deducted from your current pending affiliate balance.

5. Promoting Responsibly and Intellectual Property

You are responsible for maintaining your own website and promotional channels. We may monitor your site occasionally to ensure our branding is current.

- Copyright: You must follow all applicable intellectual property laws and have express permission to use any third party copyrighted material. Tamio will not be held responsible if you use another person's intellectual property in violation of the law.

- Ethical Promotion: All promotional activities must be honest and ethical. You agree not to engage in spam, misleading advertising, or any actions that violate our Prohibited Items and Activities policy.

6. Privacy and Data Handling

Protecting user data is a core value at Tamio. Your participation in the program is governed by our overall Privacy Policy. If your affiliate activities involve collecting or processing personal data for your own campaigns, you must ensure compliance with applicable data protection laws and our Data Privacy Addendum.

7. General Terms and Termination

These Affiliate Program terms work in conjunction with Tamio’s standard Terms of Use. By participating in the affiliate program, you agree to abide by all overarching company terms. Either you or Tamio can terminate this affiliate relationship at any time. We reserve the right to update these terms or the commission structure and will notify active affiliates of significant changes. If your account is terminated due to a violation of these terms, any pending commissions may be forfeited.
